This is your opportunity to focus on your wellbeing and reconnect to the most important member of your family—you. Join us in creating a restorative space for rest, reflection, and renewal.​

Held in Motherhood: A Haven for Reflection, Connection, and Renewal

 

A gentle, supportive workshop for mums to move, create, and reflect in a calm, non-judgemental space.

​

Join us in January for Held in Motherhood—a nurturing 90-minute workshop of gentle movement, connection and creative intention setting for the year ahead. This month's workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your whole self amidst the wild ride of motherhood. We start with gentle yoga to awaken and energise the body, followed by creative vision-boarding using collage techniques to inspire clarity, quiet and intention for the year ahead. The session ends with a soothing guided relaxation to leave you feeling grounded, rested and restored.

Held in the peaceful surroundings of The Paper Garden, this is a sacred space for mums to be seen, heard and held. Warming teas and take-home incense are included.
